Of course, we don’t buy our coffee beans simply because they are organic. All the coffee we roast must first go through rigorous cupping process where we rate each bean for taste, aroma, and body before we commit to buying a single bag. Our offering sheet changes with the season as crops from different growing regions around the world become available, and we only buy small amounts of each coffee so that we can maintain our exacting standards for freshness and quality.
