At Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, we buy coffee that has been grown responsibly and we strive to carry certified organic beans. In addition to the organic beans we roast, we seek Fair Trade coffee that is grown on small family farms or by small co-ops, and we buy our green beans from only reputable coffee brokers who have shown a commitment to both the environment and to ensuring that the small family farmers earn a fair price for their crop.
