Micro-Lot coffee is coffee that is grown within a micro-climate of a particular farm. This coffee has often gone through additional preparation and sorting and is usually the very best a farm has to offer. Our relationships with coffee farmers allow us to be involved with the coffee from the beginning. Chuck continues to visit farms and farmers in coffee-growing countries to maintain relationships and influence crops.
