Tasting Notes:
A blend of coffees from small coffee growers in Huila. While not a certified organic coffee, this lot is decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate, a naturally occurring element in green coffee. For the decaffeination of this coffee, the Ethyl Acetate comes from sugar cane. We feel this process better maintains the integrity of the coffee leading to an exception cup. As with all our Direct Trade coffee, our growing partners are paid well-above the coffee market price. Creamy, maple syrup, and smooth.
